My links to the Blackler Family start with my 3rd Great Grandmother Emily Tapley Blackler born 1838 in Stoke Gabriel, Devon.  Emily was the daughter of Mary Ann Blackler & Thomas Tapley.  Below is an image of Emily with her husband Charles Frederick Collings.
